RESERVATIONS DEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERMS
1. PAYMENT
i) Down payment of 25% of tour charges (not inclusive of hotel bookings) must be made 72 hours before start of tour.
Full payment of any outstanding amounts must be made prior to or at the start of the tour (i.e. pick up at the airport).
ii) Hotel bookings are subject to payment/refund policy of the hotels concerned and will be advised to the client(s).
iii) Payment must be by PayNow
iv) Confirmation of payment will be made by email or sms. Automatic payment advice by WooCommerce system is not official.
v) All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.
vi) Failure to comply to payment due dates may result in an automatic cancellation of your reservation.
2. REFUNDS
Tour prices are not inclusive of accommodation and fully refundable if cancellation made 48 hours before start of tour. Refund of hotel bookings are subject to refund policy of the hotels booked.
3.RISK MANAGEMENT
The day to day itinerary is not a contractual obligations.. JavaTours will make the necessary changes for the safety and best interest of the Client. These amendments may be made with or without the consultation with the Client. The Company will try it’s best to anticipate future conditions, however, we cannot be held responsible for the unpredictable.
4. EXCLUSIONS
Items not included in the price are generally described in the itinerary and include without limitation: loss of all items of personal nature such as medicine, laundry, postage, beverages, photography charges and other personal effects and belongings.
5. PICKUP FOR TOUR COMMENCEMENT
i) Our driver or representative will pick you up at the appointed place (airport or hotel). The pick-up time is generally 9am on the first day of the tour. You should check in the appointed hotel the night before Delays are sometimes inevitable – so give yourself plenty of lax: check in early. Should you need to change the pickup time, please ensure to inform at least 24 hours prior to the tour commencement date. The change request is subject to the agreement of all guests on the tour package.
6. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & VISA
All passports and visas must be valid for at least six (6) months from the date of entry into the country destination. It is Client’s sole responsibility to ensure their proper travel documents. JavaTours will not be liable for any expenses, reimbursements or refund of any tour fare in the event that the Client is refused entry by immigration authorities into the country of destination for any reason whatsoever.
7. INSURANCE & HEALTH
Client is strongly advised to purchase a comprehensive personal travel insurance policy for the duration of the trip; to cover against Personal Accident, Loss of baggage, Delays, Unexpected alterations to travel arrangements, Cancellation, Act of God, Emergency Medical Evacuation, Infectious diseases, Epidemics, Terrorism etc. Clients must generally be in good health in order to enjoy the tour.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
JavaTours shall be exempted from liability for loss, injury or damage to property or personal accidents, delays irregularities or the occurrence beyond our control. Every person participating in any tour organized by JavaTours shall be regarded as carrying his own risk with respect to loss or injury to person or property.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
JavaTours shall not be liable where the contract is affected by ‘force majeure’. In the context of these terms and conditions, ‘force majeure’ is any event that is beyond the reasonable control of the Company or which are unavoidable by the exercise of due diligence on the Company’s part including but not limited to war, threat of war, riot, civil commotion or strife, hostilities, industrial dispute, natural disaster, fire, acts of God, terrorist activity, nuclear disaster, adverse weather, government action or technical problems with transportation.
It is possible that due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstances that itinerary or routings could be changed. Arrangements of the similar standard will be substituted, should it occur. However no refunds will be available. JavaTours reserves the right to make changes to travel arrangements at any time without compensation.
10. CLIENT COMMENTS
Any comments regarding complaint/claims should be lodged in writing with supporting documentation to the Company within 7 days from date of return.
11. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
JavaTours may, without prior notice, amend or modify this disclaimer by posting the revised disclaimer to this Site.
