Refund and Returns Policy

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation of booking by Client, a written notice must be provided. The following cancellation charges must be borne by the Client and the travelling companions as follows:

Number of days between tour commencement and receipt of cancellation notice:

TERMS

Less than 03 days or No Show    100% of tour cost forfeited

03 to 07 days     90% of tour cost forfeited

08 to 14 days     80% of tour cost forfeited

15 to 29 days     70% of tour cost forfeited

> 30 days           40% of tour cost forfeited

 

FOR CAMPING TRIPS BOOKINGS (WU02/WJ03)

Cancellation less than 3 days before the tour will forfeit the amount paid for rental of camp equipment.

 

 

REFUNDS

There would be no refunds for cancellation after the tour has commenced or for any unused tour services including but not limited to transfer, meals & accommodation, sightseeing or any other services not utilized.

In the event that there is a refund required, the refund will be credited back to you in the same method as your payment. Please note that refunds will take up to 60 working days to process.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
